About the role
CV Sheds is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Kyneton.
It is a great opportunity for a capable marketer with solid life and work experience who can bring energy, initiative and commercial thinking to a family-based business with big plans.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the sales team and wider business to drive targeted marketing activity that supports lead generation, brand awareness and revenue growth.
This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who can execute strategy, create compelling marketing materials, support campaigns, improve SEO, analyse results and keep momentum moving.
You will be joining a small team, so being adaptable, proactive and willing to pitch in matters.
What you will be doing
· Driving marketing activity in line with business growth goals
· Creating campaigns and materials that support the sales team
· Helping position the mid-range product range to the right audience
· Writing and coordinating content across digital channels
· Undertaking SEO work and improving website visibility
· Supporting digital campaigns and lead generation activity
· Monitoring campaign performance and analysing effectiveness
· Reporting on results and identifying opportunities for improvement
· Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
· Bringing fresh ideas, innovation and AI-supported tools into the role
What we are looking for
· 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing team or similar role
· Strong experience supporting or working closely with a sales team
· Ability to create marketing that attracts qualified leads and supports conversion
· Good understanding of the target demographic for lifestyle, rural and mid-range shed buyers
· SEO and digital marketing capability
· Strong follow-up, campaign analysis and reporting skills
· Technologically savvy and open to innovation
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Construction or related industry experience is beneficial but not essential
