About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager Supply Chain to lead and evolve our national supply chain function. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role is responsible for creating alignment across planning, procurement and logistics to ensure product moves efficiently from farm to customer while balancing service, cost, inventory and quality outcomes.
Working closely with Farming, Packing, Sales and Finance teams, you will drive integrated business planning, strengthen supplier and logistics partnerships, and build the systems, processes and operating rhythms required to support a growing and increasingly sophisticated business. Based in our Brisbane Head Office, this is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence across the organisation.
Role Responsibilities
Lead Redland's integrated planning processes, ensuring alignment between demand, harvest, packing, inventory and logistics activities.
Drive S&OP / IBP outcomes through disciplined planning processes, data‐led decision making and cross‐functional collaboration.
Oversee inventory management across the network, balancing availability, working capital and waste reduction objectives.
Establish and maintain procurement governance, supplier performance frameworks and commercial discipline across key spend categories.
Lead domestic and export logistics operations, managing relationships with freight providers, 3PL partners and co‐packers.
Develop the supply chain operating model, including KPIs, reporting, governance forums and escalation processes.
Build capability across the supply chain function and broader business, driving continuous improvement and scalable ways of working.
Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
10+ years' experience leading supply chain functions within complex FMCG, food production, manufacturing or agribusiness environments.
Demonstrated experience managing supply chain operations across domestic and international markets.
Strong background in integrated business planning, inventory management, procurement governance and logistics execution.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions within a matrix environment.
Experience leading change, driving process improvement and implementing scalable operating models.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and problem‐solving skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills with the ability to build alignment across diverse teams.
