About the Role
Due to continual growth within our company, we are currently looking for an experienced, committed Sales Estimator to join our dynamic team and pursue potential career development. Reporting directly to the Sales Estimating Manager, the successful applicant will join the team with a commitment to providing quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate sales estimates as per client's requests, merging standard options, non‐standard options, earthworks and slab upgrades, and ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory requirements and bodies.
* Adhere to Mimosa Homes guidelines to ensure all information is ascertained to determine fixed site costs when required.
* Support different areas of the business—including but not limited to the customer's requirements at sales stage—and integrate options and variations required to complete contract quotations, including amendments when required, colour selection variations, client changes, and post‐ and pre‐contract variations.
* Provide specific documentation when required in line with Mimosa Homes design and construction details.
* Provide accurate quantities and maintain Mimosa Homes Price Book of standard options for our product range using our Sales Estimating software.
* Set prices based on supplier rates and Mimosa set margins.
* Liaise with all suppliers, trades, and internal stakeholders when required.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, combined with the ability to interpret working drawings and technical knowledge of construction methods.
* Self‐motivated, values driven, target focused, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a quality focus.
