We're looking for aPlanning and Delivery Manager – Operational Technology (OT) Communicationsto take a strategic leadership role in our Digital Operations team.
This newly created position will drive the development and execution of our Operational Technology (OT) Communications roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory priorities across all lines of business.
What you will do:
Lead the development of a long-term OT Communications masterplan across Transmission, Distribution, Gas and contestable businesses.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and oversee their delivery.
Drive prioritisation, planning, and governance of the OT Communications investment programme.
Provide strategic input into regulatory submissions (TRR, EDPR, GAR).
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes.
Manage a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone with:
Degree inbusiness, finance, accounting, or engineering.
8+ years' experiencein strategy and planning.
Proven ability instrategy development, problem solving, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Consulting or telco experiencehighly desirable, especially in commercial or strategic roles.
Exposure toutilities or operational technologyis a plus, but not essential.
Strongpresentation and communication skills, with experience engaging ELT-level stakeholders.
Demonstratedleadership and mentoringcapabilities.
Comfortable working incomplex, cross-functional environments.
Technically curious, with the ability totranslate engineering insights into business outcomes.
Resilient under pressure, responsive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
