* Fully onsite role - 9am - 5pm

This role will
report into the Conference & Events Officer
, and will work closely with her to support the prepare for various events and related activities for 2026.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Provide administrative support
across all aspects of event planning and execution
* Coordinate speaker logistics
including invitations, confirmations, and session details to ensure smooth event delivery
* Manage CPD certification processes
, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to attendees
* Deliver exceptional customer service
, for event-related inquiries and support
* Source and liaise with venues and suppliers
, obtaining quotes and assisting with contract arrangements
* Support budget tracking and management
, helping to ensure events are delivered within financial parameters
To be successful you will have:
* Ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Flexibility and responsiveness to short lead times and urgent tasks
* Understanding of privacy policies and regulations across all communication channels (calls, emails, databases/files)
* Experience with
Canva
and IMIS EMS is desirable but not essential
