The Opportunity:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Duty Managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Top End Pools. As the Duty Manager, you will ensure safety, cleanliness, and excellent service for all pool users, while also leading a local team. You'll be responsible for facilitating the continued success of these essential community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of pool in collaboration with local teams.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including pool maintenance and water quality.
* Provide leadership and training to local staff, helping them develop skills in customer service and pool management.
* Engage with the community to promote water safety education and health programs.
* Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
* Monitor pool facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as necessary.
* Be the point of contact for emergency situations and escalated concerns.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in pool management, hospitality, or a related field.
* Knowledge of pool maintenance, water quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willing to obtain)

* Valid Working with Children Clearance.
* Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
