Job Overview
The Seminole Tribe of Florida seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.
This world-renowned entertainment, gaming and hospitality destination unveiled a $1.5 billion expansion in 2019, introducing 638 upscale guestrooms in the Guitar Hotel, 168 luxury guestrooms and unique swim-up suites in the Oasis Tower, and 465 newly redesigned guestrooms in the Hard Rock Hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and guest access areas are cleaned and maintained according to property standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular inspections of all checkout rooms to ensure adherence to departmental policies.
* Develop department members' knowledge and skills through education, training and coaching.
* Maintain a deep clean program and track its progress.
* Promote positive guest relations and ensure prompt notification to management of any concerns or observations.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with two years of housekeeping experience in a similar hotel environment. One year of housekeeping supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
