Marketing Manager Responsibilities
B2B Agency strategy creation and innovation
Leading the marketing team
Website content updates
Social media management
Supporting the sales team and strategy
Developing local marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Preparing and presenting monthly reports to senior management
Staying informed of marketing strategies and trends
Understanding target markets and competitors
Optimizing the Agency's website in collaboration with internal teams
Ensuring all marketing activities align with business mission and brand guidelines
Reporting on marketing initiatives for future planning
Managing weekly marketing tasks and deliverables (Email & Social Posts)
Implementing feedback from senior management
Managing team's time and tasks to meet deadlines
Working with remote teams across multiple time zones
Marketing Manager Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
At least four years' experience as a marketing manager
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software such as HubSpot and Bitrix24
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to incorporate feedback from senior management
