We're growing and looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Flagship Helensvale store. You'll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive the store's operational and sales performance. You'll review store and team member performance regularly and collaborate with the Store Manager to formulate and execute action plans that leverage your store's potential. You'll be a brand ambassador and create highly personalised experiences for customers and employees, ensuring engagement, culture, and sustainable revenue growth. You'll coach your team in communicating our brand story and empower them by showing how their efforts align with the business strategy.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team and driving operational and sales performance
* Review store and team member performance regularly
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to formulate and execute action plans to improve store performance
* Act as a brand ambassador and create personalised experiences for customers and employees
* Maintain high engagement, a strong culture, and sustainable revenue growth
* Coach the team in communicating the brand story and cultivating brand loyalty
* Demonstrate how team efforts align with the business strategy
Qualifications
* Experience in a commercial, customer-centric supervisory/Assistant Store Manager role
* Large format, high-volume retail experience
* Strong commercial acumen with ability to support the Store Manager in running the store and leading teams to achieve revenue targets
* Fashion or trend-oriented with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation
* Operational agility with strong inventory management capability
* Consultative selling experience with ability to train and coach in consultative selling
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creating, collaborating, and implementing ideas to improve store trade
* Strong delegation skills with the ability to drive team productivity
