Restaurant Management Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team.
* Ensure efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar
* Manage profitability, presentation, and operation of the restaurant and bar
* Develop understanding of food and beverage features to promote to clients
* Lead and motivate staff for high-performing team culture
* Work closely with General Manager and marketing department for promotions
* Roster according to department needs
* Monitor financial performance of the Food and Beverage department
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences by leading a high-performing team
* Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar for efficiency and profitability
* Implement innovative revenue-building strategies and initiatives
* Maintain knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including product knowledge and industry trends
* Provide excellent customer service in a collaborative work environment
Requirements:
* Minimum three years of managerial experience in a similar role
* Possession of a current RSA certification
* Proven experience in managing staff with strong leadership skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality management principles
* Excellent communication skills
