We are seeking a full-time Relief Building Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract ending in February.
This role is a vital part of the management team, reporting directly to the Area General Manager, and involves the effective management of the caretaking agreement.
You will work closely with both body corporates, the building management group, and maintenance team to ensure a smooth operation of the property and oversee ongoing upkeep of the facilities.
To excel in this position, you will require exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of hotel operations, as well as the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
A sound knowledge and passion for creating a safe work environment for contractors and team members alike are essential, along with an assertive approach to workplace health and safety.
