The Opportunity
As our Multimedia Editor, you'll be the go‐to specialist for all things editing and post‐production. You'll work closely with marketing managers, creative directors, and production teams to create high‐quality, engaging live‐action content across a range of platforms and formats. From cutting and colour grading to audio mixing and basic motion graphics, you'll bring creative ideas and technical excellence to every project.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit live‐action marketing and social video content to a high standard
* Apply colour grading, audio mixing, captions and basic graphics across multiple aspect ratios
* Collaborate on creative briefs from pre‐production through to delivery
* Advise on post‐production workflows, software, hardware and best practices
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, technology and editing methods
* Attend shoots to provide post‐production insights and create paper edits
* Coordinate with internal and external post‐production contributors
* Support parallel teams such as Learning Design and Social Media when needed
About you
You're a proactive, solutions‐focused editor with a strong creative voice and a love for storytelling. You thrive in a collaborative environment and stay calm and organised under pressure.
What you'll bring
* 5+ years' experience in post‐production
* Strong skills across Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Premiere Pro) and Mac OS
* Experience working on set and understanding production workflows
* Ability to communicate with emotional intelligence and confidence
* A self‐driven approach with great time management and problem‐solving skills
* A passion for innovation, new tools, and emerging edit trends
