You'll be the go-to contact for trade distributors and end users:
Internal Sales Coordinator
* Manage enquiries across phone, email, and in-person visits
* Provide accurate order support, technical guidance, and follow-up through to resolution
* Process orders with accuracy and attention to detail
* Communicate product information clearly and professionally
External Sales Representative
You'll take our technical tools and customer support into the field:
* Visit trade distributors and resellers to build relationships and uncover new opportunities
* Provide product training, demonstrations, and brand support
* Attend trade shows and hands‐on industry events
* Bring field feedback back to the team
* Support internal sales activities alongside our Dudley Park team
What You'll Bring
* Experience in trade counter, B2B, or distributor sales – ideally HVAC/R, automotive, or related
* A technical mindset – you enjoy understanding how tools work
* Strong customer service focus with proactive, honest communication
* High attention to detail and accuracy in processing and record keeping
* Computer confidence, especially with data entry and Microsoft Excel (Office)
* A team‐first attitude with the ability to work independently
