Based out of the Downer offices at Qantas Drive - Brisbane Airport, this Business Relations Coordinator role will provide administrative support to two General Managers as well as the broader operational teams, to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
You\'ll be the go-to person for coordination, communication and team engagement, helping to enable strategic focus and collaboration across the business.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support including diary management, travel coordination, and confidential communications.
Coordinate team schedules, meetings, events, and internal communications.
Prepare correspondence, presentations and briefing materials.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
Assist with data entry, reporting and formatting of project documents using tools such as Microsoft Suite.
What You\'ll Bring
Certificate or diploma in business administration desirable.
Proven experience in high level administration and senior leadership support in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks and projects with the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality and service.
A "Self-starter" mindset that takes initiative to continuously improve processes for ongoing effectiveness of the department and company.
Solutions-oriented approach to challenges with the ability to analyse issues, determine approach, and drive positive-change recommendations.
Aptitude for working in collaborative team environments with a focus on proactive communication, relationship building skills and resiliency.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and collaboration tools.
