We're looking for a confident, compassionate, and community-minded Case Manager for vital early intervention service that supports individuals and families at risk of losing their tenancy in either community housing or the private rental market. What You'll Do Work outreach-style-you'll meet people where they're at, in the community or at home, building trust and rapport over timeManage a caseload supporting your clients stabilise and sustain their housingComplete strengths-based risk and needs assessments, and develop personalised support plansAdvocate for tenants, connect them to specialist services, and work collaboratively to remove barriers to housing stabilityHelp clients maintain tenancy agreements, meet landlord obligations, and prevent eviction What You'll Bring Minimum Cert III in Community Services (or related field)Demonstrated experience in case management or outreach roles, particularly with at-risk individualsHigh emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and in a teamConfidence working in public spaces, community housing settings, and private residencesCurrent Driver's Licence and valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Passion for social justice and a commitment to dignity, empathy, and empowerment Why Join Us?
