The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
* At least five years of nursing experience
* Desirable: Three years in community or aged care nursing
Responsibilities include delivering empathetic, in-home nursing care and clinical assessments, developing and implementing personalized care plans for clients with complex needs, providing expert clinical guidance and support to colleagues, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
This role requires:
* Evaluating and responding to complex client needs
* Effectively communicating with clients, carers, and other professionals
* Developing reports and documentation to support high-quality care delivery
