We're on the lookout for a Team Assistant to support our Carpentry & Construction Program Area. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring an exceptional student experience, smooth program operations and seamless communication across our team.
You'll be the key point of contact for enquiries, supporting students, teachers, managers and industry partners. Your work ensures we maintain the high educational and compliance standards.
You'll support a team shaping the next generation of carpenters and construction professionals and your contribution will directly impacts their learning journey.
Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Deliver friendly, student centred support through prompt responses to enquiries and guide students through block dates, timetable changes and general course support.
* Liaise with teachers on student needs and follow up as required. Support teachers with eCentral updates, compliance tasks and key program administration.
* Provide high level administrative support to daily operations.
* Assist with the Funding at Risk process by monitoring, actioning and documenting key activities.

Salary Range:
PACCT Level 4 - $68,392 - $74,345 + Superannuation
Fixed Term Full time until 21 August 2026 (with the possibility to extend)
