SAP Talent Specialist @ Full Circle Partners
Full Circle Partners are seeking an experienced SAP Support Lead to join one of our client's dynamic team in Perth, Western Australia. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and support of our clients SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in several SAP modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead support initiatives that align with our clients' business objectives.
We are open to speaking with candidates who are seeking either permanent or contract employment. Additionally, we will entertain conversations with suitable candidates who are based in the Eastern states willing to relocate.
Important note: S/4 Public Cloud experience is a non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Expertise:
* Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud architecture and modules, including Finance, Asset Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
* Utilise standard SAP Best Practices content and supported scope items to guide implementations.
* Advise end-users on standard processes and identify when deviations or enhancements are not permitted in the Public Cloud environment.
* Navigate SAP Fiori Apps, standard processes, and extensibility options effectively.
Business Process Understanding:
* Demonstrate functional knowledge to assess the business impact of issues in core domains such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
* Understand SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and common integration patterns for SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud, including integrations with SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) Support:
* Assist in the use of the CBC tool for initial scoping, organisational structure definition, and configuration deployment.
User Access & Authorisation Support:
* Manage Business Roles, Business Catalogue assignments, and User Provisioning within the SAP Identity & Access Management environment.
SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) Capabilities:
* Utilise SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring deployed business processes, managing test scripts, and maintaining design documentation.
Troubleshooting and Diagnosis:
* Provide first-level support to resolve common errors, including Fiori UI issues, missing authorisations, and workflow approval rerouting.
Incident Management & Ticket Handling:
* Log, categorise, prioritise, and route incidents and service requests using third-party ITSM tools.
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
* Maintain user guides, FAQs, knowledge articles, and update known-error databases to enhance future support efficiency.
Customer Service & Communication:
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users, gather clear issue descriptions, and provide timely updates.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud support roles.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
* Familiarity with SAP BTP, CBC, and CALM tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
