The Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools (DLCS) provides a range of services to support approximately 3,500 staff in 45 vibrant and dynamic Catholic school communities that serve more than 18,000 students. The DLCS assists schools to build teaching and leadership capabilities in communities of professional educators who share responsibility for school improvement and for achieving the best outcomes for our students.

Manager, Finance Applications

Location: Tweed Heads NSW, Lismore NSW, Coffs Harbour NSW, or Port Macquarie NSW

Tenure: Full-time, permanent position

* Salary: $160,057 - $165,506 (final figure dependent on skills, qualifications and experience) + 12% superannuation

Overview Of Role

The Manager, Finance Applications is responsible for the effective management, optimisation and continuous improvement of the Diocese's financial systems, primarily TechnologyOne. The role ensures financial processes, controls and reporting are supported by well‐designed, fit-for-purpose system solutions.

Working closely with Finance, IT, Procurement and other stakeholders, the role leads the design and implementation of system changes, supports major initiatives, and drives better use of TechnologyOne across the Diocese. This includes improving system capability, reducing manual processes and ensuring the system supports accurate reporting, compliance and decision‐making.
