Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with support and assistance to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing home help services, including general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and social support. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our clients' families, providing them with respite and allowing them to recharge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and their families, and be comfortable working independently. You will also need to have a valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
