PERSOL is proud to partner with a top-tier mining operator in the Pilbara to recruit an experienced Specialist Track Reliability Engineer - to support rail maintenance operations at a major Pilbara site.
Pay Range: $120hr - $165 hr + Super
Roster: Primarily site based 5/2:4/3 (Flexible with WFH)
Preferred start date: Feb-26
Contract: Initial 6 months contract potential for on-going work
In this role, you will provide technical leadership to improve track asset reliability, maintenance performance, and lifecycle outcomes through data-driven analysis and structured continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse asset and maintenance performance to drive reliability improvements.
* Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Optimise asset lifecycle and maintenance strategies.
* Support capital planning, business cases, and operational readiness.
* Provide frontline reliability support to maintenance teams.
About You
* Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar).
* Proven reliability or maintenance engineering experience in rail, mining, or heavy industry.
* Track maintenance knowledge is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and SAP experience.
* Safety-focused with strong stakeholder engagement capability.
