An exciting opportunity has arisen where we require an Assistant Development Manager to join our Apartments team, working across Lendlease's Build to Rent projects in Australia.
Based at either our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office, as Assistant Development Manager you will assist the Development team on executing on Lendlease's Build to Rent Strategy in Australia. The role will be diverse, versatile and work across the complete development cycle; including but not limited to development brief preparation, planning, feasibilities, business reporting, procurement and delivery. This role provide an opportunity to work on multiple projects, with continued growth as the projects moves through planning and into construction.
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, as the Assistant Development Manager you will be required to work collaboratively with the various business units that form the broader project teams with an uncompromising approach to quality. Culture is critical to the success of these projects and you will need to bring enthusiasm, a pro-active self-start attitude and above all, a collaborative approach.
Required experience / qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Property Development, Planning, Construction Management or a related field.
- May have experience in development management or residential development delivery and open to those with a background in property advisory.
- Planning, organising and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively on tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
