The Role
Toll Transitions is a dedicated business unit within the Toll Group, delivering relocation services to a range of clients, including a major contract with the Australian Defence Force. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our operations and contribute to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and present data in a clear and meaningful way
* Take meeting minutes and provide administrative support during client meetings
* Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and support team members as needed
* Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Liaise with internal teams to update or create business reports
Skills & Experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-focused with a professional approach
