There is an exciting opportunity with the Projects and Buildings Team for a Senior Project Administration Officer. This role is primarily responsible for delivering administrative support to the Projects and Buildings team and the Project Manager. Assisting with the preparation of correspondence, reports and procurement in relation to Shire projects and building maintenance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide confidential administrative support to Managers and Supervisors in relation to Shire projects, contracts and building maintenance
* Typing of reports, agendas, correspondence, minutes and notes for Supervisors & Managers.
* Conduct research and prepare information as requested.
This is a Permanent full-time working 38 per week.
About you
In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:
* Certificate IV in Project Management or Business Administration and/or experience in project
* Experience in grant acquittals.
* Experience in managing projects and contractors.
Salary Range: $76,351.00 - $82,317.00 per annum (Dependant on applicant)
Permanent staff are entitled to:
* 5 weeks annual leave per year
* The option of one Rostered Day Off (RDO) every 4 weeks in exchange for working 40 hours per week.
* Minimum of 12% superannuation employer contribution
