This role suits a confident, collaborative nurse leader who values teamwork, clear communication, and a positive workplace culture. You’ll be supported with the resources needed to contribute to excellent patient outcomes and smooth, efficient operating lists for our surgeons and anaesthetists.
What We’re Looking For
* AHPRA Registered Nurse
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, accountable, and engaged in daily operations
* Supportive, team‑first leadership style
* Previous leadership or management experience
* Understanding of clinical governance or compliance processes
