 
        
        Director of Luxury Sales and Marketing
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals to drive the sales and distribution of our assigned brand.
 * Develop and manage relationships with direct clients;
 * Utilize key prestige on-premise locations (bars, restaurants, hotels) to create traffic;
 * Organize and manage high-end events to be attended by key clients;
 * Generate incremental sales volume as a result of the above actions;
 * Prospect and educate end-consumer through existing platforms and networking;
 * Create and execute high-profile events targeted to showcase the brand to the target audience;
 * Design and organize joint or singular events with other luxury companies such as dinners and tastings using existing networks;
 * Perform public relations for the brand and serve as the face of LOUIS XIII;
 * Develop and work closely with fostering agents and wholesalers;
 * Leverage CRM program to build relationships & engagement with existing CRM client database and drive sales;
 * Manage press and PR coverage;
 * To plan and collaborate with Head of Marketing on business strategy and recommend marketing activities.
Requirements
 * Graduate degree with extensive experience in sales and marketing, and at least 5 years' relevant experience in consumer products/luxury brands managing high net-worth individuals;
 * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
 * Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, highly driven and energetic;
 * Results-oriented: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; proactive team player and self-motivated;
 * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships;
 * Able to manage stakeholders and prioritize effectively;
 * Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
