We are looking for people across the many aspects of the SAP Cloud-Based Solution focusing on your functional and technical experience.
Required Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience within SAP SuccessFactors, both functional and technical.
* Functional knowledge in SF Employee Central and EC Payroll is advantageous.
* Project experience in implementation is essential.
* Ability to engage effectively through workshops and meetings with stakeholders and team members to deliver HR Transformation solutions.
* Capability to meet project deliverables and maintain scope.
* Data migration experience is beneficial.
Typical Daily Activities:
* Consulting with clients, designing, and building HR/Payroll solutions.
* Leading or participating in workshops to gather or validate requirements.
* Managing client expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
* Preparing project documentation such as requirements, configuration, and user guides.
* Facilitating training sessions for end-users or HR teams.
