Job Description Develop and deliver tailored UKG training programs for end-users.
Provide hands-on guidance and support during UKG system implementation.
Collaborate with the technology team to ensure training materials align with organisational needs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt materials as necessary.
Offer on-site and remote support to address user queries and concerns.
Create comprehensive documentation and user guides for ongoing reference.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving UKG system-related issues.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
The Successful Applicant A successful UKG Trainer should have: Proven expertise in creating, coordinating and delivering UKG Pro training Experience with Vyond Ability to come in 3 days a week at minimum
