Role Summary
As a seasoned operations leader, you will play a vital support role to the General Manager, overseeing diverse Operations and Project teams.
Duties include:
* Operational Excellence: Spearheading engineering, project management, production, procurement, and warehousing functions
* Financial Acumen: Ensuring cost control, delivery timelines, and margin preservation across projects from $0.5M to $10M+
* Process Optimization: Implementing best practices and operational platforms (e.g., Netsuite)
* Team Leadership: Managing 5-7 functional leads across engineering, production, projects, procurement, and finance
* Culture Stewardship: Upholding our transparent, merit-based, and self-policing culture
The ideal candidate requires expertise, experience, and attitude to drive Operational performance.
Key qualifications include:
* Engineering or technical background
* Proven leader in project delivery with commercial accountability
* Experience in engineering, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, or similar sectors
* Leadership and change management skills
* Ability to present business cases and influence decisions
