The Role
The Reception Services Supervisor is responsible for implementing service delivery consistent with the requirements of the Privacy Act 2000 (Vic), the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic), the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006, and the Clients Charter. The role involves planning and implementing new service delivery models.
The position requires a solution-focused individual passionate about delivering quality services to clients and staff. Experience in training and project management is essential, with opportunities for professional development in a dynamic environment.
This role collaborates across the Area and Division to review and establish client-focused protocols, systems, and training. It works with senior leadership to ensure administrative support meets the area's needs.
Accountabilities Include
Manage and improve office processes and maintain corporate information systems for records, finance, fleet, client payments, and correspondence.
Support and lead a small team, resolving operational issues and supporting staff development.
Maintain professional relationships across all levels to meet client needs.
