The Role
The Sales Consultant role will see you work with a diverse range of clients across the greater Geelong & Surf Coast region to promote and grow Brax Window Treatments. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that generate new business while also delivering exceptional customer experiences. From providing in-home measure and quoting services, to managing customer enquiries and contracts of sale, your strong sales skills, excellent customer service skills, and natural attention to detail will set you up for success.
Duties
· Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
· Manage new and existing customer accounts
· Provide in-home measure and quoting services
· Manage customer enquiries and leads
· Complete sales-related administration
Skills & Experience;
· Demonstrated skill and experience in sales
· Strong customer service skills
· A positive and proactive approach to work
· Intermediate (or greater) computer skills
· Previous experience within, or knowledge of, the window furnishings industry or interior design would be advantageous however is not essential
