About the Role
You will oversee daily operations of the organization, ensuring business and office activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will provide essential operational support by coordinating schedules, managing communications, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
What You'll Be Doing
* General administrative and office support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
* Entering orders and data while assisting with basic stock ordering.
* Maintaining office stationery and kitchen supplies.
* Supporting day‐to‐day office operations and assisting staff as needed.
What You'll Need
* Successful pre‐employment drug and alcohol screening.
* A polite and professional attitude.
* Previous admin experience highly favoured but not required.
Benefits & Salary
* Monday to Friday roster.
* $37.50 per hour.
* ASAP start date.
