About the Role
We're looking for a creative and experienced Instructional Designerto join our Stakeholder Experience Team. You'll design, develop, and review engaging learning and assessment materials for accredited and non-accredited courses, including short courses and micro-credentials. Collaborating with subject matter experts and the wider genU Training team, you'll ensure all resources align with our learning strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes for learners.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and review innovative learning and assessment materials for a range of training products.
* Design course content for accredited and non-accredited programs within a VET framework.
* Apply continuous improvement processes and consult with industry experts.
* Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, promoting creative approaches to learning design.
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in instructional design or training delivery in an RTO, education, or commercial setting.
* Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems, and MS Office.
* Strong knowledge of adult education theory, VET frameworks, and training methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116) or equivalent – beneficial.
* NDIS Screening Workers Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion – or willingness to obtain.
