Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill two positions for Inbound Customer Service Consultants. As the first point of contact for mobile and NBN inquiries, you will be working with a reputable telecommunications company based in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.
The role involves handling all inbound enquiries relating to basic technical support and troubleshooting, managing a busy inbox and following up on escalations, providing excellent customer service daily, and data entry and general administration.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience within a contact centre or customer service environment is ideal but not necessary. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are required to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and maintain a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow and develop within a supportive team environment.
