**About the role**
Key responsibilities include:
- Champion our brand through our communications, ensuring we make the most of our Product, Racing and Sporting experiences.
- Assist the team to work towards the strategy for our customers, focusing on designing and delivering a program that generates customer love and business growth
- Understand our segments and use this insight to create meaningful communications at the right time
- Ensure optimal campaign ROI targets are achieved as well as research and report on key industry trends
- Oversee our audit process so that we adhere to business compliance requirements
The team at Sportsbet adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer and the sporting/racing calendar needs and also to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff, however there may be a requirement for the odd 'on call' weekend work during our busy periods (Spring Racing Carnival & Grand Finals). You will however be able to do this from home and be given time in lieu.
**About You**
We're looking for someone with a customer first attitude and constantly strive to improve customers' experience as well as:
- Exposure to copy writing with the ability to pick up our brand and the fun key messaging
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, Braze or similar will be highly regarded but not essential)
- Interested in sporting and racing events within a fast paced environment
- Willingness to work as a team and roll the sleeves up during busy periods
- This is a junior role, so having a can do and proactive attitude will be the key to success as culture fit is massive for us
