Real Estate Investment Specialist Property Minded, People Centric, we are seeking an experienced Property Sales Investment Consultant New and Off Plan- to provide expert advice and guidance in property wealth management and property investment. In this role, you will evaluate clients' financial situations, understand their risk tolerance and investment objectives, and develop customized strategies to help them achieve their goals. You will also manage investment portfolios, deliver ongoing support, and maintain consistent communication to keep clients informed about their progress. Staying updated on market trends, regulations, and industry advancements will be critical. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of investment strategies, and property investment, alongside exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
* Assess clients' financial circumstances, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
* Recommend and execute customized property investment strategies aligned with clients' goals.
* Monitor and manage clients' property investment portfolios.
* Maintain regular communication to update clients on their investment progress.

Qualifications
* Strong understanding of real estate markets, financial markets, and investment strategies an advantage.
* Proven track record in the financial services or real estate investment sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Bi – Lingual an advantage
* Proficiency in CRM and real estate management tools.
