Orchard - Mid/Senior Project Manager (Healthcare - Integrated)
We're currently on the lookout for a talented Mid/Senior level Project Manager with creative campaign experience (print, digital, social, media, video) to work in our Project Management team. The project manager works with the Project Management and Account Direction teams to deliver projects to our healthcare/pharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects across channels (email, banners, creative campaigns, social, print, video, and digital including website updates and iPad presentations).
* Meet with internal and external stakeholders to discuss requests, scope work, and plan scheduling and resourcing.
* Collaborate with internal teams to determine and deliver the best solution.
* Document project scope, timelines, and budgets through detailed estimates and schedules.
* Oversee day-to-day project delivery with internal teams and clients.
* Maintain clear project documentation, including WIP updates.
* Book and manage resources, ensuring tasks are scheduled and completed.
* Use Orchard tools (Workbook, JIRA, PageProof) to track, document, and traffic work.
* Communicate regularly with the Account Director to keep clients updated, including during weekly online WIPs.
* Keep the broader Orchard team informed on progress, insights, and learnings.
* Monitor timelines and budgets across concurrent projects.
* Proactively identify risks and work to resolve issues before they impact the client.
* Stay aware of monthly financial goals and support the Account Director to meet them.
* Ensure all projects meet quality control standards.
Qualifications
* 4 plus years Project Management experience within an agency or similar (experience in health/pharmaceuticals or a regulated industry is a plus).
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage a number of projects concurrently across multiple clients.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster accountability across team.
* Confident in front of client and internal team meetings.
* Proactive and agile in your approach to project management.
* Resilient in times of change.
* Has a can-do attitude and passion for progressing their career in a supportive environment.
* Show a strong commitment to the Company's core values of Collaboration, Integrity & Curiosity.
* Proven ability of working within a team.
