Airefrig Australia is a family‐owned national wholesaler for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry with 13 branches throughout Australia, including 3 in WA. Airefrig has enjoyed continued growth over its 55 years in business.
Overview
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this full‐time opportunity involves both counter and phone sales. No prior internal sales experience in the HVAC&R industry is required; full on‐the‐job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Counter and phone sales
* Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements, and offer suitable solutions based on specifications, costs and availability.
* Process and manage customer orders through quotation, ordering, picking, packing and organising delivery of items.
* Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships.
* Work alongside internal departments (warranty, purchasing and accounts) to help satisfy/fulfil customer requests.
* Assist with warehouse duties when required (receiving of goods, stock take, etc.).
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum Year 10 certificate of completion.
* Customer service/retail experience (preferred but not essential).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication skills verbal and written.
* Ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Interest in creating and maintaining customer relationships.
* Ability to multi‐task and prioritise projects.
* Extensive and ongoing training will be provided—we will teach you everything you need to know.
