Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our team with diverse HR functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment support, employee records management, and facilitating communication between teams.

* Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees.
* Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
* Facilitating Communication: Coordinate communication between teams, including scheduling meetings and ensuring timely responses to employee inquiries.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
