The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage all aspects of the Processing and Maintenance function in a manner consistent with the Company's Vision and Values.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working on a rotating 8/6 and 4/3 roster, on a FIFO or DIDO basis.
The focus of the Processing & Maintenance Manager is to:
* Advise and support the team in technical matters across Processing and Maintenance
* Develop robust and flexible team capability
* Plan strategically across all frames for consistent and sustainable delivery to budget and LOM plans
* Manage Operational and Capex budgets, including process infrastructure projects
* Contribute as a key member of the on-site Senior Management Team

We're excited to hear from you if you have:
* Tertiary Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering (desirable)
* Driver's License (C Class)
* Significant mineral processing experience at a Manager or Superintendent level
* 5+ years' experience in gold mining operations
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Decision making and work management skills
* Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills
* Initiative and team building skills
