Job Title
A Medical Receptionist/Secretary is required to join a well-established group specialist practice on a permanent, full-time basis.
* This position involves taking incoming calls, assisting patients with general enquiries, and distributing messages to the relevant specialists in a timely manner.
* You will meet and greet patients as they arrive to the Practice, booking/rescheduling/cancelling patient appointments using Genie software, processing patient billing and receipting following consultations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A strong desire to provide a high level of service to the patients of the practice
* Immaculate personal presentation
* An exemplary telephone manner and a compassionate demeanour
* At least 1 year previous experience working within a specialist practice
* Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate proactive time management and organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise your workload efficiently
* Multiskill and work under pressure
* High level of competency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, prefer previous experience with Genie software or alike

A salary within the range of $32 - $38 p/hour + super will be offered for a suitably experienced candidate. Ample secure street parking available.
