CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking experienced Leading Hand willing to labour for immediate starts in East Arm, NT. Role & Responsibilities: As a leading hand, you will play a key role in supporting construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Leading, coordinating, and supervising work crews to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to schedule General maintenance of offshore equipment, structures, and facilities Overseeing surface preparation works including painting, rust removal, grinding, and protective coating applications Supervising the removal, repair, and refitting of equipment, fixtures, and fittings Allocating daily tasks and providing clear direction to team members Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with safety procedures, permits, and offshore regulations Our Ideal Candidate: Current Drivers Licence Blue/White Construction card Experience with power tools necessary. Confined Space, Working at Heights & Forklift License essential. Current police check or ability to obtain. Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol screening. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
