The Role
This full‐time position at our Fyshwick store requires a commitment of 10 days and approximately 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Responsibilities
* Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers.
* Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts.
* Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed product choices.
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
* Support team members to ensure business goals are met.
* Contribute to store presentation through merchandising and general housekeeping.
* Support local community and charitable organisations.
About You
* Previous experience in a retail environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers.
* Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job.
* Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to multi‐task and prioritise work effectively.
* Strong attention to detail.
