About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality maintenance plumbing services while providing leadership and support to a growing field team.
Reporting directly to the Management team, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Completing commercial and residential maintenance plumbing works
* Leading jobs on-site and supporting junior team members
* Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions
* Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships
* Managing works across schools, restaurants, strata properties, and commercial sites
* Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Supporting business growth through strong workmanship and leadership
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Current Plumbing Trade Qualification
* Solid experience in maintenance plumbing environments
* Strong leadership capability and ability to take ownership on-site
* Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach
