Key Responsibilities:
* External Engagement & Partnership: Act as the primary external ambassador for the category, fostering strong connections with partners, resellers, and customers both in commercial as well as retail, to drive adoption and loyalty.
* Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute initiatives that expand market share and revenue.
* Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align objectives with customer needs, ensuring seamless execution of joint business plans.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to defining strategies and business plans that support long-term growth and profitability.
* Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify areas for differentiation.
* Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
* Thought Leadership: Represent the category at industry events, partner forums, and customer engagements to strengthen brand presence and influence.
* Category Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of product categories, business management, and sales challenges and strategies.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure integrated execution of initiatives.
* Vendor Partnerships: Lead strategic engagements with external vendors to enhance offerings and deliver value to customers.
