Construction Supervisor
The Construction Supervisor is a key role within the construction team, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our projects. This involves coordinating with team members, subcontractors and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team on daily and weekly tasks
* Coordinate rostering and manage leave requests in collaboration with the Construction Coordinator
* Manage the coordination and onsite supervision of subcontractors working on our projects
* Work closely with the HSEQ team to ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality requirements
* Foster a culture of quality assurance, upskilling and efficiency within the team
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a trade background in Carpentry and experience supervising transportable building, residential or commercial building works.
Requirements:
* A White Card certification
* An Australian Drivers Licence
* Ideal High Risk Forklift licence
