Mobile Hydraulic Technician – Full Time
Location: Rockingham, WA
Pay Rate: From $35-50 per hour, depending on experience
We are a family-owned and operated mobile hydraulic repairs business with a large, well-equipped workshop based in Rockingham. We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service to our loyal local and industrial clients.
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on technician to join our growing team in a full-time role.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Diagnosing, repairing and servicing hydraulic systems on a range of mobile and fixed plant equipment
* Conducting hose and fitting replacements, hydraulic fault finding, and general maintenance
* Working both on-site at customer locations and in-house at our Rockingham workshop
* Assisting with fabrication, machining, and component rebuilds when required
* Maintaining a tidy work area and ensuring safe work practices are always followed
* Providing excellent customer service and representing our business professionally on-site

Requirements
* Proven experience in hydraulic service and repair (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Current driver's licence (HR or MR licence advantageous)
* Forklift ticket or willingness to obtain
* Ability to diagnose hydraulic issues confidently
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A positive, reliable attitude and pride in quality workmanship
