Our government client is seeking an experienced
Senior Integration Lead
to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade integration solutions across a complex technology environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned integration professional who thrives in structured delivery environments and enjoys leading technical outcomes that directly support organisational transformation.
About the Role
As the Senior Integration Lead, you will oversee the end‑to‑end integration landscape, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure data exchange across multiple platforms. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leaders to deliver high‑quality integration solutions aligned with best‑practice methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, and DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions and data‑exchange capabilities
* Configure, implement, and administer integration and automation platforms
* Provide technical leadership, design assurance, and governance across integration projects
* Develop integration solutions using structured delivery methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, DevOps)
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system interoperability
* Oversee development quality, platform governance, and integration standards
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in IT, Systems Engineering, or related field; postgraduate qualifications or extensive industry experience highly regarded
* Extensive experience as an Integration Lead, Integration Engineer, or Integration Developer
* Strong background in integration platform configuration, implementation, and administration
* Hands‑on experience with
TechnologyOne integration tools
such as:
* T1 Connect (formerly EAI)
* TechnologyOne REST & SOAP APIs
* Ci Anywhere Platform
* Data Exchange / Automation Tools
* Proven ability to deliver integration solutions within structured project frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, DevOps)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders
