About the Role
We are growing our sales team in ANZ to help us drive Shopify Capital. Our Account Executives work directly with brands in the region to understand and develop their commerce strategies and give advice on how Shopify Capital can help them meet their growth goals.
This is a remote position, to be based in Australia.
You’ll be working on things like:
- Generating Pipeline and closing Shopify Capital opportunities in the ANZ region
- Understanding our merchants’ unique business goals, needs, and challenges, helping them to grow their businesses with Shopify Solutions
- Creating a Point of View and Value proposition
- Effectively moving your deals through the sales cycle to close
- Collaborating on projects within the team and with other Shopify teams to deliver the highest level of the merchant experience
You’ll need to have:
- Experience selling SAAS/Financial Services solutions in Australia
- Understanding of eCommerce within the ANZ market
- A demonstrated history of outbound success
- Experience in Value Selling
- High energy and a strong work ethic drive the teams and individual goals
- A curiosity for financial products
