* Participate in audits and quality controls, providing expert advice on customer service and logistical information.
* Gather feedback from clients to improve customer service quality.
* Develop and implement communication service standards and productivity goals.
* Identify areas of non-performance and provide training to prevent future occurrences.
* Contribute to cost management through education and training.
* Use effective business tools and resources to plan and forecast operations.
* Assist with forecasting manpower and rostering for operations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff while on shift.
